I have mixed feelings about this book mainly because the ending just doesn't quench your thirst. This is the first book in a series of three and this is just the start of the story.

Derian has moved back to the town she grew up in. She has only been gone a year but she still has to settle back in. She is living at her grandads Inn and the hotel is under a lot of pressure. This book is about learning to grow up and adjust.
I think In the long run this will be a romance series however this book didn't really feel like that.

4 stars out of 5. More of the series is needed to understand this story and therefore it is hard to give it marks out of 5.

 I loved this book. It was funny, Whitty and educational :s lol.

The author wasn't afraid to make fun of the main character and show that not everyone is perfect and this was refreshing.

Nick is 18 and has only the summer left before he starts college. Nick is not ready to grow up and move on with his life. He is not ready to give up his best friend shadow or adventure into the unknown. The problem is Nick is socially awkward and Dev has always had his back.

He takes a summer job working in an office for a construction company. This is where he meets jai. He is the stuff wet dreams are made of and Nick knows he has to at least try and make those dreams a reality.

This is a story of growing up and learning to go after what you want.

This is a short story about putting aside your differences. Graham has been in love with his rodeo roping partner for a long time but he has finally come to terms with the fact they are not meant to be.
Kaz is an animal rights activists who is protesting at the rodeo. Graham takes an interest in him despite his protest. Graham teaches Kaz about the animal which he realises he doesn’t know as much as he thought while Kaz teaches Graham how to accept his sexuality.

This is a short gay romance encounter designed for the older audience.

Worth the read 3.5 stars out of 5. Nice short bedtime read.

This can be read as a standalone or as the next chapter in the King series. This is bears story (Kings best friend).

The book starts after the main characters have already met and fallen in love. It is about bringing them together through the rough patches in life. Bears dad is the head of the MC and hasn't really been a good father figure, in fact he has even been a good president of the club. Bear decides it's time to break free after all the bad shit that went down and find some inner peace.

Thia has always belonged to bear he was her first everything and she wants him to be the last too. He loves her enough to go down for her crimes. In a cruel world is it possible to hold on to the one you love? This is their story and its full of twists and turns.

I enjoyed this book however not as much as the first two books. 4 stars out of 5. It is worth the read however I think I'm going to give the last one a miss.

This book was what you would expect from Cassandra Clare, amazing obviously. I loved this book the only problem is I don't want to wait for the next two books which aren't out anytime soon. This is a full length juicy novel with 668 pages to really sink your teeth into. If you are going to want to transport this book around I would probably recommend the kindle book as this is one heavy book.
This is a new shadow hunters story which minimally features the classic characters from the mortal instruments series. This is Emma and Julian's adventure. They are partners in crime and more than best friends. They have been inseparable since they were children and when Emma's parents were murdered Jillian's family took Emma into their home. Emma has always had doubts about who the clave suggested killed her parents and when similar murders start to occur Emma is hot on the trail even if she is told to leave the case to the clave. 

Easy 5 stars. Loved it.

This is a two part story King and Tyrant. Both are available for kindle unlimited readers.
Doe doesn't remember who she is and no one has reported her missing. She doesn't even know her real name. She is living on the streets and her only friend is a junkie hooker who will do anything to get her next fix. Doe is so hungry she knows something has to change or the streets are going to be the end for her. Her friend Nikki suggests picking up a biker at a party in the hope that he will take pity on them and feed them, but how far is Doe willing to go to survive. 

The party Doe attends is for the newly released King. 3 years in prison has a way of changing someone and he isn't recognising his old life as the one he wants anymore. The thing about King is he is selfish and arrogant. He takes what he wants and doesn't care about the consequences. When he sees Doe he knows he has to have her.

This is a dark twisted romance that is a guilty pleasure. 4.5 stars out of 5.

Suzanne Wright is one of my favourite authors. She has a way of sucking you in so you can't put anything she writes down. This book was no different. It's part of a bigger series and the books are also part of a bigger collection. I love them all and would recommend you start at the beginning Feral Sins is one of my favourite books but to be honest they are all good. 

Makenna is a lone wolf who helps out at a shelter which helps shifters who have lost their way. She is integrated into human society as well has the lone shifter community. Her job is to help them find a new place to belong. Zac is a lost pup who is spiralling down the wrong path. He finds himself on Makennas doorstep and she knows she has to help. Finding Zac a new home may just be the key to finding her own place to belong. 

5 stars. Loved it.

I love desert island books this is a fact and I am yet to find one that doesn't live up to my expectations. When I saw this book on Netgalley I knew it was going to be for me and I wasn't wrong. 

This book is full of drama, action and mystery. It has everything a typical stranded island scenario book has only with an added depth, making it something different.

Everyone has a past and some want to escape it, start fresh. Holly is given the opportunity to start over and change the path of her life. She is given the job of posing as an heiress as a decoy so the real Laura can spend her vacation in peace. All she has to do is sail around the ocean and look glamorous. Sounds easy right but what if someone sees her as a prize to make some easy cash. The problem is she was only the consolation prize and not the real deal. She finds herself trapped on a desert island with a terrifyingly good looking man who holds the cards to her fate. 

Deception island is a honeymoon get away but Rafe isn't thinking about love. He has been forced into kidnapping a spoilt princess and now he has to look after her but as the days unroll he realises Laura isn't what he expected. 

Love this book easily 5 stars out of 5. If like me you are a desert island lover this book will not disappoint. I recommend it to readers who like a good full on story with action. It is a romance novel however this book is much more.
