His girlfriend is overbearing and jealous to the point Mark feels he can't even breathe. His dad wants to control his life and shape him into the man he wants him to be. And his money well that just makes his life easier.

His dad wants him to show a stable relationship but he knows he just can't keep pretences with the current situation so he finds the kind of girl he thinks he wants and offers her something she can't refuse.

I really enjoyed this book and it kept me interested right from the start. I liked the writing style and the twists of events.

  I really liked this book. It is beautifully crafted together, giving 3 stories in one which are inter-linked. I've never been to Prague but I have to say this book was better than any guide could be and really did sell the place as somewhere you should visit.

Megan has been best friends with Ollie for the past 6 months but has kept their relationship strictly platonic. He is a teacher and wants to gain a better understanding of Prague for his next school year. He invites her to go on holiday with him and she jumps at the chance to explore her own hobby of photography. She aims to keep their relationship in the friends zone but with the magic of the city can Ollie convince her they can be so much more?

Hope has a new partner and they are still in the honeymoon period. Her new partner whisks her off for a trip to Prague. Everything is fresh and exciting with her new man but she is troubled by her family problems. Her daughter has fallen out with her and she is trying her best to stop it from ruining her trip. Will her new relationship work out and will her daughter forgive her indiscretions?

Sophie finds herself in Prague alone waiting for her husband to be. He is delayed in his departure and she finds herself reflecting in their relationship as she visits the places they both loved.

This is a story about friendship, love and a beautiful city. The story is so cleverly crafted it is hard to explain in a review my advice is to read the book. It will not disappoint.

 I really struggled with this book. It has such good ratings I wanted to finish it so I persevered. It did get better however overall I’m glad I only paid the special offer price of 99p not £4.99. I’m normally a fan of fantasy books but one thing I didn’t like about this book was the names of the characters, I would have preferred something catchier. The storyline was good however I found myself wanting to put the book down a lot and struggling to pick it back up. I have to say my opinion certainly does not reflect the majority of readers and I guess this shows that books are about the individual person.
Karou lives in the human world but has connections to the magical one. She was raised by the magical world but has only dipped her toe into the unknown. She lives in Prague and loves to fill her time with art. She runs errands for the creatures that raised her when they call and doesn’t ask any questions. Her life is a mystery even to her but the truth doesn’t always set you free. The truth isn’t always what you want to hear.

This book is 1 of 3 and is an unfinished story. The books are all £4.99 in price which I think is expensive.

This book is 99p for a limited time so I thought I would give it a try. I have to be honest and say so far I find it hit or miss with this author. I loved wrecked (ship/island adventure) but I DNF wrong number, right guy. From what I've seen of her writing she is happy to have air heads (in my opinion) as the main female role. She made me realise I prefer them smart or nerdy in some way (more moral fibre should we say)

Okay so about this book. I'll start by saying Tegan isn't the smartest cookie in the jar but I didn't find her irritating. She's strong willed and funny in places. She comes from money and a privileged background. This is the story of what happens when you lose everything overnight and have to sink/swim to survive.

Rebel is the strong silent type. He isn't good at sharing and is happy to leave Tegan talking to herself. She literally stumbles into his life and luckily for her he is willing to give her a chance.

This book is all from Tegan's point of view and does not have a finished ending leading you to read book two about his brother (Hellion £3.32). Although I enjoyed this book I've decided not to go on and read the next. I feel the first book has enough to help you come up with your own fairytale ending and I'm happy to move on to something else.

4 stars out of 5. Its worth the read for the price especially.

It is no secret that Jamie Beck is one of my favourite authors and so far I haven't read anything by her that I would rate any less than 5 star quality. I think she could even make an IKEA manual interesting if she wrote it. I'm a hooked fan and always look forward to what she has come up with.

Worth the risk is part of the St James series. It can be read as a standalone however I probably would not recommend it because you are then going to want to go back and read the other books. This book is about Jackson however the other characters from the series life progress in this book.

Jackson decides to take a long vacation in Vermont green mountains. This idea is to get away from his everyday life and get some much needed closure. Since his mother died a few years ago he hasn't felt he can depend on anyone. He needs to get back to his roots and clear his head.

Gabby is an unexpected find on his adventure and although he isn't looking for a fling he see things in her he just can't resist.

Gabby hasn't chosen the easy path through life. She had big dreams which were put on hold when she got pregnant. She wouldn't swap her son for the world. She works as a gardener, lives with her dad and they rent out a small space on the property to vacationers. Her sons dad is in the picture but only just. Jackson their new tenant for the next 6 weeks turns out to be the perfect distraction and the help she needs when things don't quite go to plan.

She jumps straight in and attends a party the first night she arrives where she meets a cute guy, Dane. The problem is by the end of the night he realises she is his team mates little sister. She is off limits her brother had made that clear right from the start.

Megan wants Dane right from the start they have plenty in common and they click. Dane has his own problems to deal with and doesn’t have time for a relationship but Megan is different. Dane can’t help but blow hot and cold faster than you can turn on a light switch. Can he get his life together before he pushes Megan away? And what about her protective brother, that’s a whole other problem.

3 stars out of 5. This book was okay but I didn’t really gel with the main character. I like smart girls however Megan was just a little too geeky for me. Also if I liked a girl it doesn’t matter how much you think you don’t need the complication it’s better to have loved and lost. Dane was just too hot and cold for my liking. 

This book can be read as a standalone.

I absolutely loved this book. It's well written and kept me hooked right from the start. I probably shouldn't have started reading it so close to bedtime because I was struggling to put it down and it was the first thing I reached for when I woke up. It ticks all the right boxes for me and I would definitely recommend it especially if you like your sweet teen romance novels.

Kyle Sawyer also known as the local bad boy. His reputation is enough to make the girls swoon and the guys leave him alone. He plays baseball and keeps his private life to himself. Everything you think you know about him may not quite be true but he doesn't care. It's what he wants until Faith.

Faith is a ballerina and dating the most popular boy in school but the more she gets to know him the more she realises maybe he isn't the one for her. She needs to be brave and cut him loose. What faith doesn't know is that her boyfriend has already figured her out and is out for revenge. She needs a plan to get back at him and Kyle falls right into her lap. Kyle isn't everything she thought he was and maybe that isn't a bad thing.

I loved both of these characters and the twist of events is perfectly crafted. 5 stars + for this little beauty. Thanks Netgalley for the book in exchange for a well deserved glowing review.

This book is fairly innocent however does have a mild sexual reference and therefore I'd say it's aimed at the 16+ age group.

I have mixed feelings about this book; something's I liked others I didn't. It was a sweet read with a good ending.
This book basically covers stereotypes and how you shouldn't judge a book by its cover or genre. People tend to stick to their group of people and don't really see the appeal of stepping outside the box.

Claire is an academic pre-law student. She lives in her books and is comfortable around the intellectual population, even if that does mean spending time watching people play dungeons and dragons. She's not bimbo pretty and she isn't stick thin.

Jake is a jock. He plays football and puts the bare minimum into getting the class grades. His coach wants him to do better. He sees his potential to get more out of his time at college and hires him a tutor to help him out. He needs the grades she needs the money.

Right from the start this is a love hate relationship between Claire and Jake. This is a romance novel so we know the direction the books heading.

I really liked the idea of this book however the bits that I didn't like were the fact Claire got a make over to make herself feel better about her appearance. I get that it was about her wanting to improve what she already had but I'm a big believer in being who you are. Also I think there was too much enthusiasm on her not being Jakes typical type, everyone is beautiful in their own way. I also didn't like Claire having a bad experience with jocks in the past. I felt this should have made her more cautious and I didn't feel that it came across that way. I felt she came across as a little needy at times rather than guarded. The first hook up also didn't really do it for me without giving too much away I just didn't like the events leading up to it.

Jake wasn't cool enough for me either sorry for the lame term. I liked his storyline however he didn't make me hot for him.

Anyway enough of the moaning this book was worth the read and I would definitely recommend it for a bedtime light hearted read. It's free for kindle unlimited readers which is always a bonus however I found this via Netgalley. It is original with a fresh view on nerd vs jock romance. It is intended for the young adult audience. U.K. 16; it has sexual and bad language content.

I would consider reading other books by this author and have noticed she has done a few football and MC novels which I'm a fan of.

Overall I rate this book 3.5 stars out of 5.

This is my second club girl I have read (both by the same author). Unfortunately I didn't like this one as much as the first which is a shame.

Chelsea joined the club for the support it offered. The club gives her the financial support she needs for her education and the protection she wants from the outside world. She's there for the club and the club is there for her. She never asked for more.

Optimus is the president of the MC. His job is to protect what is his even if that means not being true to himself. The club is under threat and he will do everything he can to keep it safe including keeping Chelsea at arms length. He blows hot and cold enough to give anyone whiplash. He always knew Chelsea was different she wasn't part of the MC for life with everything that's going on can he work out what important before its too late?

3 stars out of 5. I felt there was too much pushing away from each other with this book however it's a romance novel so the end is what it should be.

I really enjoyed this book. The story was original and a great set up to a series of books which I can't wait to read.

Lily is a ballerina and has dedicated her life to her profession. She has had a crush on Blane a fellow dancer since the day she first caught eyes on him, when he shows interest in her she can't help but bend the rules. Unfortunately when someone is put on a high pedestal there is a long way to fall and Blane wasn't quite what she imagined. 

West is Lilly's best friend. They have always been close but strictly platonic. They live close to each other and have the same circle of friends. They click like a key in a lock. There friendship is easy. It just takes a twist in the water to stir up the balance and just maybe they will work out sometimes the right person for you is right in front of you. 

Can be read as a standalone... however I loved this series.

I'm not really a fan of books that have the main character being a recovering victim however for a free book, one off read I enjoyed this.

Dana Campbell is damaged from her past and unable to move on with her life. It has been years since her attack and she dreams of having a normal life, a normal relationship. She decides her last resort is to convince the only man she trusts into helping her.

Eric is the captain of the Portland Storm, life isn’t going as well as he would like and his team are not winning the top spot. His career is on the line but when Dana his best friends little sister asks for help he can’t say no. He knew her before her ordeal and just wants her to begin living again. His feelings aren’t important in his plan to help her but every day it gets harder to deny how much he loves her.

He is damaged goods and he is happy to play the field. He doesn’t want anyone to get too close. He sees Wila fighting her own demons and maybe they can use each other as a crutch just like old times but the secrets are darker. The damage runs deeper and both are too damaged to play happy families.

This book was written by Elle Kennedy of course it was good! From reading the other off campus series I had a false impression of Sabrina. She wasn’t what I expected but she was so much more.
Sabrina has a life plan; graduate college, head to law school and set her life up away from her rocky childhood. She aims high and is determined that nothing will stand in her way but unfortunately for Sabrina life has a way of throwing curve balls.
She doesn’t have time to fit anything or anyone into her busy schedule. She is all business but every girl has needs. She likes jocks. They are an easy choice for a one night stand they are happy to be loved and left. This suits her well but Tucker is something else. He seems to know how to fit into her life and she finds it hard to resist his charm but that doesn’t mean she is going to make it easy.

This can be read as a standalone or as part of the series. If you have read the last book the twist to this book is already known.
