REVIEW: 5 *I ate this up. She’s a stripper with a struggling background. He’s a the co-owner of the club she works at. She doesn’t give anything way for free and he’s determined to win her heart. This is a classic story which has been told many times before but when it’s done well it’s so satisfying.
Siennas mum is a drug addict with a pimp. Sienna works at a strip club to support her young sister and helps them keep their heads above water.
When Micah shows an interest in her she’s only willing to give him the same as everyone else. Sienna knows the only person she can count on is herself. But this guy isn’t giving up.
When her mum takes it a step too far Micah is the one that shows up for her. He’s there time and time again proving he won’t be swayed. Can a girl from the wrong side of the tracks fall for the guy that has everything but a woman at his side?
I listened to the audiobook which only enhanced my experience.
