Wild Cowboy Ways

Wild Cowboy Ways (Lucky Penny Ranch #1)

Carolyn Brown

Book Review:

Allie Logan isn’t looking for love in fact after her slime ball of an ex-husband she is pretty much sworn off men. She is happy to keep her head down and values her strong family bonds. Irene her grandmother has dementia and has a tendency to wonder off. Allie finds herself having to retrieve her from the neighbouring ranch on numerous occasions. The new owner just happens to be a very hot piece of man candy. As Allie gets to know the cowboy, Blake she sees a business opportunity to help him build up his ranch.  The neighbouring ranch maybe called the Lucky Penny but it has not been very lucky for its owners.

This is a sweet romance novel with a good depth and layers to the story. It is about family and a small town's community. I really enjoyed this light hearted read and definitely think it is worth the full 5* out of 5.

This is the first book in a series of books however can be read as a standalone novel.
