A main character that can restore damaged books and a brooding god like man. Ern… yes, sign me up!
When I saw there was newness coming from Helen Scheuerer I was excited and the Kiss of the black flame did not disappoint.
Saige has found herself in trouble with the wrong kind of people when she offered a way out but it comes with a catch. A bargain is struck with a guy who was thought to be forgotten.
Archer has been locked in a cell and left to rot. When Saige is put in front of him he’s taken back, normally morals can’t see the fallen Azkari general.
They strike a deal and a journey begins. The two main characters have good chemistry, I love a brooding man and the story has enough to quench one’s thirst. There’s more to come but I greatly enjoyed this story.
