Seeking Fate (The Fated #3)
Fate changer Daisy Layne is nervous about searching Europe for a firstborn son doomed to die on his eighteenth birthday. But she’s the only one who can save him. No pressure or anything. She needs the help of guide Andrei Vasile, who she’s been talking to online for two years. Still, meeting him in person…that’s a whole different story.
Andrei is determined to keep Daisy safe, even if touching her could kill him. At least, that’s what his family has told him about fate changers like Daisy. She’s strong and beautiful, and it’s his job to keep her alive. Unfortunately, what she doesn’t know could kill her.
Save a life. End a curse. And never, ever get too close…

Seeking fate is an interesting spin on online relationships. Daisy has never met Andrei, she knows his fate. Daisy has until his eighteenth birthday to change his bad luck. He is the firstborn son and cursed. They have been talking for two years and have become good friends. Daisy has only seen pictures of Andrei in his younger days when they meet he isn't quite what she expects.
The fated series is about a family who finds their perfect match. The family are magically gifted (Gypsy) and Daisy's talent is fate changing. The family are traditional and even though it isn't the usual thing for a lady to travel across Europe to meet a young boy Daisy has no choice. She wants to save her friend and end the curse.
When they meet they are both nervous and it takes them a while to see what's already there. Unfortunately, not everyone likes fate changes and Daisy has more than one problem to deal with.
I enjoyed this book it had some interesting themes and the romance was sweet. I've read 2 of the 3 books in this series. They are unique and creative.
4 stars out of 5. *I received an advanced readers copy to review with my honest opinion. This book is part of a series and it would be beneficial to read the other books but not essential.

Brenda Drake grew up the youngest of three children, an Air Force brat, and the continual new kid at school. Her fondest memories growing up is of her eccentric, Irish grandmother's animated tales, which gave her a strong love for storytelling. With kids of all ages populating Brenda's world, it was only fitting that she would choose to write stories with a bend toward the fantastical for both younger readers and the young at heart. And because she married her prince charming, there's always a romance warming the pages. Her favorite books are The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C.S. Lewis, Kings Row by Henry Bellamann, and Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. When she's not writing, she hosts workshops and contests for writers such as Pitch Wars and Pitch Madness on her blog, and holds Twitter pitch parties on the hashtag, #PitMad. In her free time, Brenda enjoys hanging out with her family, haunting libraries, bookstores, and coffee shops, or just reading someplace quiet and not at all exotic (much to her disappointment).
